Repair and refurbish an existing block paved driveway.
We pressure washed the block paving to remove the dirt and grime and to also remove the jointing sand which contained weeds.
A sunken area was lifted, the sand re-levelled and the block paving re-laid.
Once the block paving had been allowed to thoroughly dry out we applied fresh kiln dried sand to the joints, vibrated it in with a plate compactor and removed the excess.
Edges, drains etc. were taped before spraying the block paving with two coats of specialist block paving sealer. Tape removed and the driveway sparkles.
The block paving is now easily cleaned, no weeds in the joints and it will remain as good as the day we finished.
