Split a sloped, uneven and overgrown rear garden in to two tiers with new steps, patio, lawn and new close boarded panel fencing.
There was only millimetre clearance to get the digger in after getting it up the steep front steps. 140 tonnes was excavated, all in wheel barrows!
Reduce the height of an existing wall and lay new copings, build a new structural retaining wall and matching steps. Upper level patio and gravel area, lower level newly turfed lawn with stepping stones to link the two sets of steps. Newly retained on two sides by a close boarded panelled fence using slotted concrete posts.
